The United States Institute for Theatre Technology (USITT) is the association of design, production, and technology professionals in the performing arts and entertainment industry. Founded in 1960, USITT's mission is to actively promote the advancement of the knowledge and skills of its members. Our 3,600+ members live, work, and do business throughout the United States, Canada, and 40 other countries.

People represent the constant in this exciting period of change. Even with all the technological advances made in our industry over the past few decades, it still takes people to make theatre happen.
